Lavender

Lavender Honey is one of the most prized varietal honey.  We harvest Our lavender honey from the Lavender farms around Kingaroy, Queensland.  Where the bees harvest the nectar from acres of lavender grown in the area. This premium honey has a faint floral aroma and a subtle fruity finish.  Its light colour and gentle flavour make it a perfect match in mild tea or as a sugar substitute in baking.
